∎ Skills Required: teaching, teaching and training
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Interpersonal Skills
∎ Immense Departmental knowledge & Proficient to conduct classes
∎ Conduct theoretical & Practical Classes.
∎ To motivate and Counsel the students and their parents/guardians through follow-up to ensure 75% class attendance and to reduce dropout
∎ To carryout periodic maintenance of the training tools and equipment
∎ To facilitate in-house skill training for the teaching staff
∎ To assist Head of the department as per his necessity
∎ To prepare lesson plan & semester plan at the beginning of the semester
∎ Positive willingness to Team work & Hardworking
∎ Perform other related duties as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced person in relevant sector will get preference.
∎ Strong computer skills.
∎ Fluency in oral and written English.
∎ Excellent communication and listening abilities.
∎ These who are not interested to work in Mymensingh, are requested not to apply for this post.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 14400 (Monthly)
∎ For Part-times, payments will be made on the basis of lectures/ classes. \
For Contractuals, contracts are for six (6) months.
