Customer Support, Hardware Engineer, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ ERP System User support for ERP Garment's Modules.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems & diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Understanding LAN / WAN equipment's like Router, Switch and Server for proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
∎ Able to communicate with each user in a professional manner.
∎ Monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
∎ Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users, and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly.
∎ Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
∎ Maintenance of Online/Offline UPS.
∎ Install, Configure & Maintenance of Lectra Software and Hardware
∎ Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve problems for Desktop, Laptop and notebooks
∎ Install antivirus and other necessary software on user Desktop/Laptop.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems (pc, laptop, printer, UPS/IPS, etc).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have vast knowledge about hardware and networking.
∎ He should find out hardware problem and must give solution.
∎ Must have experience in Network configuration (wireless and wire)
∎ Troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, Computer hardware, software and networking problems
∎ Knowledge of antivirus, Network Printer, Scanner, Photocopier, PABX .
∎ Should have well knowledge on online & offline IPS & UPS
∎ Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
∎ Setting up DNS Servers, Active Directory, DHCP Servers, Backup Server for data, FTP and File Sharing, etc.
