Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IT/ Human Resource Management or relevant degree
∎ Skills Required: English Communication, HR, IT Services, Knowledge on Recruitment

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication skills, Human Resource Management, IT Services
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a HR team, we are responsible for the recruitment for our own company.
∎ As a TA team, we are responsible for sourcing and selecting best matching talents for the client's recruitment.
∎ Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
∎ Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
∎ Analyze employment data related to the position and create reports based on your findings
∎ Posting and advertising JD in different types of websites.
∎ Screening and sourcing appropriate candidates as per the requirement's for BD Office
∎ Take the initial interview on face to face or Skype in English
∎ Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
∎ Understand the new JD in client's projects and posted in different sites
∎ Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements
∎ Specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
∎ Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
∎ Participate in tech conferences and meet ups to network with IT professionals

Additional Requirements:
∎ IT or Tech recruitment experience in a 360 agency role
∎ Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
∎ Experienced with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
∎ (Face to face, more than 50 / Skype or telephone interview, more than 200 )
∎ Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
∎ Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Solid understanding of HR practices

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Commissions (5-10%)
