Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
∎ Review and publish test cases on requirements gathering sessions.
∎ Execute successful offshore team model to enhance bandwidth and testing cycles.
∎ Conduct post-release verification following a Production deployment.
∎ Record, assess, and approve Tracking system issues, suggested ownership, priority, and issues.
∎ Collaborate with software developers to resolve defects and verify bug fixes.
∎ Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test reports.
∎ Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues reported by customers.
∎ Collaborate with development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
∎ Offer guidance and training to customers on product usage and best practices.
∎ Evaluate product performance and usability through real-world testing.
∎ Collaborate with product managers to ensure that new features meet user requirements.
∎ Participate in the design and execution of user acceptance testing.
∎ Identify areas for quality improvement and recommend process enhancements.
∎ Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality standards and best practices.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis of product defects and implement preventive measures.
∎ Participate in the continuous improvement of the quality assurance process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with quality and reliability practices for large and/or complex projects.
∎ Knowledge of product assurance standards, regulations, and best practices.
∎ Experience with nonconformance processes including material review boards, failure review boards, problem/failure reports, and audits.
∎ Previous experience with quality management standards such as ISO 9000/9001 for hardware and software.
∎ Prior experience developing budgets, tracking costs and working with financial systems and tools.
∎ Capable of accepting overall accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Quality Assurance program.
∎ Previous experience developing training programs on quality assurance/quality control topics.
Salary: Negotiable
