Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Support to conduct and develop modules for EDT, soft skills, and counseling
∎ ● Age limit (20 to 35 years)
∎ ● Experience in training, learning modules or USAID-funded projects will give an advantage
∎ ● Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Bangla and English
∎ ● Experience in developing relationship building with GO, NGOs, CBOs, Associations, Media, and other relevant organizations
∎ ● Willingness to work flexible hours is a critical requirement for this role
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job responsibilities:
∎ ●Follow institutional and program regulatory and adherence of country laws and regulations.
∎ ●Promote and practice Bandhu’s Values at all times.
∎ ●Ensure Safeguard and protection of life and dignity of all associated personnel of Bandhu as well as the assets and property.
∎ ●Maintain database and relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.
∎ ●Must understand the NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and EET (Employed, in Education, or in Training) youth-related issues in respective project areas.
∎ ●To ensure the appropriate trainee enrollment for Bandhu Soft Skills Training in a timely manner.
∎ ●To prepare necessary reports through cross checking on data quality and ensure timely submission.
∎ ●To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary.
∎ ●Maintain functional relationships with local government, community people, other partner organizations

∎ Job Context :The Learner Mobilizer will work for Bandhu under USAID Bijoyee Activity which is an inclusion partner of CARE Bangladesh including some other partner organizations. This initiative aims to address various aspects of youth development, including employment, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and social inclusion. The project will employ Learner Mobilizers who will work under the direct supervision of the Inclusion Lead of USAID Bijoyee Activity. The primary responsibility of this position is to identify and select eligible participants for training programs. To achieve this goal, the Learner Mobilizers will have to map, inspire, motivate, and share information with young people at the grassroots level to create and encourage interest in the program. They will work closely with community leaders and stakeholders, including guardians, to identify potential candidates and develop strategies for engaging and communicating with them. Initially, two Learner Mobilizers will be based in Dhaka and Khulna.
