∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Support to conduct and develop modules for EDT, soft skills, and counseling
∎ ● Age limit (20 to 35 years)
∎ ● Experience in training, learning modules or USAID-funded projects will give an advantage
∎ ● Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Bangla and English
∎ ● Experience in developing relationship building with GO, NGOs, CBOs, Associations, Media, and other relevant organizations
∎ ● Willingness to work flexible hours is a critical requirement for this role
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job responsibilities:
∎ ● Closely work with the Master Trainer, Skills and Employment Manager of Bandhu for developing and designing the training curriculum including suggestions for updates and improvements in align with project goal
∎ ● Responsible for implementing and monitoring the training activities in the Hub
∎ ● Responsible for conducting cultural orientation classes in accordance with USAID Bijoyee Activity and Bandhu guidelines
∎ ● Must understand the NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and EET (Employed, in Education, or in Training) youth-related issues in respective project areas
∎ ● Responsible for classroom sessions and learning of beneficiaries● Conduct training sessions in other working locations of USAID Bijoyee Activity Project, including remote sessions
∎ ● Conduct sessions in the spoke office and Hub and collect data for continuous development in curriculum
∎ ● Ensure that all attendance records are maintained in the training sessions
∎ ● Ensure a planned training schedule and call list, logistical arrangement and upkeep of project facilities when necessary
∎ ● Reporting, documentation and communication with Bandhu Skills Development and Training Team
∎ ● Monitoring and Evaluation of training participants
∎ ● To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary
∎
∎ Job Context :The Trainer will work for Bandhu under the USAID Bijoyee Activity, which is an inclusion partner of CARE Bangladesh, including some other partner organizations. The project focused on a comprehensive Initiative focused on empowering and engaging young people in Bangladesh. It aims to address various aspects of youth development, including education, skill building soft skills, creating the environment for employment entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and social inclusion as stated in project documents.The Trainer will be responsible for the implementation and coordination of the capacity building, learning, facilitating, and training activity with the collaboration of all engaged stakeholders. S/He will ensure its successful execution and timely completion of work under the guidance of the Master Trainer (Skills and Employment Manager team of USAID Bijoyee Activity partners). This position will be based in Dhaka and Khulna district under the US AID Bijoyee Activity Project, Bandhu.
