Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Logistics & Shipment Executive you will play a key part of the team. You will assist and support the team with all shipment and logistics requests, ensuring efficient, cost effective and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Manage end to end logistics function such as, 3rd party logistics, regulatory authorities and all other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Support supervisor to assess existing process, procedure and guideline of logistics function and to make necessary modification according to the business need.
∎ Plan for delivery according to the demand and arrange the delivery.
∎ Ensure on time distribution of right amount of product to the right destination along with maintaining the quality of the products
∎ Ensuring that all heavy equipment is in good working order and has been properly maintained
∎ Ensure suppliers handover cargos on time in line with critical path
∎ Work with the suppliers & Sites in managing loading plans and capacity to drive optimum fill, using consolidation centres, resolving container issues, and liaising with freight management to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Having good knowledge and experience of Sea Shipment from various countries to Bangladesh.
∎ Willing to travel frequently.
∎ Any task assigned by the Management.
