Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Trade Course or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Power/ Automobile with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed institutions. (Age, education and experience may be relaxed in case of potential candidates)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, adjustment and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines like Aseptic filling machine, Sterilizer, CIP module with established procedures and guidelines.
∎ Should have sound knowledge to operate UHT machine.
∎ Should have knowledge about aseptic processing & filling system.
∎ Responsible for process loss minimization, machine break-down time reduction, Quality production and overall productivity enhancement.
∎ Co-ordinations with other departments for maintenance work of all running machines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Gas generator, Boiler, Refrigeration and Cooling and others if any.
∎ Ensure process floor Hygiene, sanitation, Housekeeping as per GMP Guideline.
∎ Must be willing to do shift wise duty including night shift.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of assigned work compliance with ISO guideline.
∎ Knowledge on production procedure, analytical skill and teamwork approach Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
