Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the overall business development strategy and aligning with the company's short-term and long-term goals.
∎ Identify new business opportunities, markets, and niches for growth, and create actionable plans to capitalize on them.
∎ Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and clients, utilizing data-driven insights to track progress and forecast future business performance.
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and
∎ seamless execution of shorter lead time & quicker pipeline order.
∎ Oversee the creation of new fashion product samples, ensuring accurate execution of design elements and fit.
∎ Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities, adapting the business development strategy accordingly.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, industry leaders, and potential clients to enhance business opportunities and collaborations.
∎ Lead the negotiation and closure of strategic deals, contracts, and partnerships that drive revenue and contribute to the company's growth.
∎ Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports to the executive leadership team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for the business development function.
∎ Provide valuable input during the development phase to ensure feasibility of design ideas.
∎ Utilize your technical expertise and keen eye for design to ensure the highest quality standards in the creation of knit products and oversee all aspects of product development, from concept to production,
∎ Oversee the creation of new fashion product samples, ensuring accurate execution of design elements and fit.
∎ Keep abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product development processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in business development or strategic partnership roles within the RMG sector.
∎ Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence.
∎ Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business models, industry dynamics, and customer needs.
∎ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining successful relationships.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data and insights to drive informed decisions.
∎ Leadership experience, including managing teams and inspiring a high-performance culture.
∎ Proficiency in utilizing software and sales tools for managing leads and opportunities.
∎ Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Understanding of Quality Systems (QS/ERP/Fast React) process
