∎ in addition to concrete cement & asphalt from January 2023 we have introduced Concrete Block under the name of "NDE Building Products Ltd" from our state-of-the-art Block Manufacturing Plant located in Gazaria (Near of Daudkandi Bridge).
∎ We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Factories in the following position:
∎ Job Location: Gazaria (Near of Daudkandi Bridge)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to: -
∎ Responsible for Construction project Scheduling, Estimating, Billing and Budgeting, plans, reports and site visit as and when required.
∎ Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure progress of construction & renovation works as per schedule.
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design, drawing, specification & safety security guidelines.
∎ Coordinate, monitor and organize to execute all activities of projects smoothly.
∎ Preparing the construction material requisitions for purchase to ensure quantity & quality and stock-control.
∎ Coordinate Engineering team activities & field progress with relevant departments providing advice, counselling as & when required.
∎ Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers, site Supervisors, workers and sub-contractors.
∎ Provide direction, support and guidance to the team.
∎ Monitor project progress and performance.
∎ Manage project risks and issues.
∎ Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
∎ Preparation of Construction Progress report, checking of construction bills & send authorize to management for approval process.
∎ Finalize roof casting date of all projects and ensure supply of RMC in time.
∎ Ensure Audit Compliance at construction site as per Company Standards.
∎ Hand over the project on time and obtain final acceptance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Bridge Construction & Building Materials company.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with motorcycle riding skills and driving license.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
