∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Computer skill, Excellent communication and presentation skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Target wise sales achievement & collection.
∎ New Customer registration & retention.
∎ Finding new corporate customers for foam and adhesive.
∎ Plan wise corporate Customer visit, Quotation submit, demonstrate product & ensure purchase order. Also, close sales within time line.
∎ Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer’s needs.
∎ Negotiating contracts, price & reviewing sales performance.
∎ Follow-up existing customers order and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Answering inbound over phone queries & guide customer according to the company’s policies.
∎ Monitor target status of sales & Credit collection on regular basis.
∎ Maintaining accurate records & reporting.
∎ Balance confirmation report for the credit customer.
∎ Coordination with Factory, Warehouse, Finance & transport to ensure uninterrupted sales.
∎ Followup the orders of the parties and ensure smooth delivery of products with 100% accuracy.
∎ Explore new potential corporate customers and create opportunities for selling products.
∎ Maintain and account of all credit sale and ensure the payment collection within the time frame.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having working experience in sales and marketing of Foam and Adhesive shall be given preference.
∎ Candidate having experience in Sales & Marketing of RMG backward linkage or industrial products may apply for this post.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Foam and adhesive products.
∎ Experience and Networking with both Supply Chain & with the Plant.
∎ Outstanding , Self-Motivated, Disciplined.
∎ Good Communication, Networking, Leadership Quality, Negotiation, Analytical Skills and Efficiency at using MS Office are required.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
