∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
∎ Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all kinds of electrical maintenance work.
∎ Monitoring of all electrical activities; including conducting electrical audits of related areas.
∎ Review and analyze monthly budget and highlight the variances.
∎ Plan and maintain the required inventory of critical & consumable spare parts.
∎ Coordinate in planning and execution training/ skill enhancement program at all levels.
∎ Review & scan the existing operations & identify areas of improvement; guide & direct team for improvement of processes.
∎ Ensure proper record keeping of required documents.
∎ Manpower planning / utilization & Over time report.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Textile process all kinds of electrical machine maintenance & Alliance audit-related
∎ Two years of working experience in the same designation will be preferable.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ High command in Office Application

Salary: Negotiable
