Manager (Electrical, Utility)

Strong knowledge of electrical design, load calculation and project drawing interpretation.

Proven experience in handling HVAC, boiler, generator, compressor, WTP and lift systems.

Excellent understanding of BOQ preparation, material estimation and project implementation.

Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other electrical design software will be an advantage.

Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bangla.

Prepare and review electrical designs and drawings for new and existing projects.

Estimate the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) as per project and maintenance requirements.

Prepare material requisitions and follow up to ensure timely availability of in-house materials.

Supervise work implementation as per approved drawings and standards.

Oversee installation, operation and maintenance of air conditioners, chillers and HVAC systems.

Follow up and manage boiler-related electrical and maintenance work.

Ensure generator operation, synchronization and all types of maintenance follow-up.

Supervise and monitor electrical and mechanical maintenance of compressors, WTP and lifts.

Coordinate and ensure audit-related electrical and utility documentation and compliance.

Supervise and manage all types of fabrication work.

Ensure electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance are strictly followed.
