Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master’s degree from a reputed Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managed & supervised entire knit dyeing-finishing by single hand with third party.
∎ Sourcing and develop the knitting-dyeing factory with minimum cost.
∎ Solved problem effectively during production process & knit fabric expert In depth knowledge of knitting, dyeing & finishing methods, fabric inspection & quality management system.
∎ To integrates the follow up of the production and the follow up of the products,
∎ Responsible for overseeing all stages of the textile manufacturing process time to time.
∎ Fabric finishing quality ensure and reporting and Communicate with responsible person for fabric quality issue (with knitting, Quality, Garments unit and also buyer.)
∎ To make Plan & monitor production schedules and changing them when necessary and on time dyeing & delivery of all styles & samples as well.
∎ Control Dyeing of fabrics of different buyers as per their specific quality requirements.
∎ Ensure that each and every batch shades are matched within their tolerance.
∎ Plan and manage all the activities of the dyeing department's activities, assuming responsibility for production quantity, quality, cost and delivery.
∎ Manage the dyeing and finishing Production schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ Ensure appropriate production inventory control procedures.
∎ Ensure that re-processing and topping processes are kept to minimum level.
∎ Ensure the raw materials and finished goods always meet customer's requirements.
∎ Direct dyeing and finishing activities to ensure that products are produced within the established time, cost control and quality standards.
∎ Control operations cost within approved budgets by evaluating actual expenditures with budgeted costs, taking appropriate actions.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by the Senior General Manager.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage and extra hour work and implement proper time management for fabric/yarn delivery and collection.
∎ Ensure that all the finished fabrics that are delivered to garments are cut table without any major issue.
∎ Keep a proactive relation with all other third party to solve all quality issues.
∎ Able to work under pressure and hardworking, honest and able to deal with any type critical situation and knowledge about time management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s) in similar position
∎ Computer literacy: MS office application, Email and Internet
∎ Candidate should be good in public dealing, Professional appearance, ability to work under pressure, good time management, good inter personal relationship
∎ Strong hand on Supply Chain/Backward and forward linkage with supplier and cutting department as well as excellent communication skills.
