∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Law Firm, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for reviewing and finalizing different types of agreement, MOU, NDA, Sales Agreement and financial/Legal Agreement
∎ Ensuring that all the Civil & Criminal cases on behalf of the company are drafted and vetted accurately
∎ Managing the team, including provide mentorship, guidance, and support
∎ Continually informed on legal developments and shifts that will have an impact on the company, and advise partners on how to mitigate any risks
∎ Developing and putting into practice legal techniques and tactics to ensure that the organization complies with legal requirements and industry best practices
∎ Assess the legal risk that may arise during organization's business activities and ensure that organizations activities comply with applicable laws and regulations
∎ Effectively assume complete responsibility for any legal matters in order to reduce the organization's exposure to lawsuits and litigation
∎ Responsible for legal related reporting which may be directed by the Head of the Department
∎ To complete Any types of works/tasks required by management on behalf of the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents
∎ Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
∎ Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Must have good command on office applications (MS word, MS Excel, MS outlook etc.)
