Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing consumer products including packaging from the ground up.
∎ Develop a pricing model to optimize profitability.
∎ Develop innovative marketing strategies for product launch and ensure effective execution in the sales channel.
∎ Take lead in developing the Annual Marketing Plans and Budget.
∎ Develop creative briefs for advertising agencies using research-driven consumer insights.
∎ Analyzing market and work closely with sales to set revenue targets.
∎ Lead the the team in achieving marketing objectives of the assigned portfolio.
∎ Expertise in sourcing packaging materials.
∎ Take lead on social media placement, buying, targeting and revenue generation, and business analytics.
∎ Strong understanding of Brand promotion, BTL activity. Knowledge in product management would be an added advantage.
∎ Monitor sales and help team achieve sales objective
∎ Ensure timely production of communication materials and distribution.
∎ Visit the market regularly to interact with Salesforce, trade, health providers and customers and collect market intelligence and prepare reports.
∎ Understand research needs and work with the research team to effectively conduct the same.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-8 Years' experience in relevant field in FMCG Company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Brand Planning/ Development, Digital marketing, Brand Promotion, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Food and Beverage Industry
∎ Should have sound knowledge in marketing tools and techniques.
∎ Experience in a reputed food and beverage FMCG organization
∎ Excellent Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Creative & Analytical thinking.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable; Salary to be set based on candidate`s competency
