Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ The incumbent should have vast knowledge on ERP, Excel and MIS report preparations and analysis.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ERP,Advance excel,MIS Report preparations and analysis
∎ Training/Trade Course: Advance excel training,ERP,KPI
∎ Skills Required: Data Visualization, Develop necessary reports Format, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Process and production report analysis, Production Operation Management, Production Process, Reporting Dashboard
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering Heavy Industry), Proven Working Experience in Building Materials Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate, collect validate and arrange production data and report to Top Management with the help of Factory Operations Team.
∎ Monthly, Quarterly Fixed Asset Audit / FG Audit and reports to Management.
∎ Coordinate IT projects implementation (Fabricators loyalty program, IT Infrastructure).
∎ Coordinate ERP project implementation.
∎ MIS reports for Top Management.
∎ Weekly Maintenance Breakdown Data report from Factory Operations Team and report to Management.
∎ Supply Chain planning for Error free Distribution and Production planning against Confirmed Sales Order.
∎ Daily reconciliation of ERP Data to report management against order received and delivered.
∎ Daily Press Production planning and Coordination against received orders.
∎ Daily delivery report analysis.
∎ Developing new initiatives for continuous business process improvements.
∎ Evaluating, determining and outlining business process improvement strategies.
∎ Analyzing the feasibility of the current business process related to productivity, quality, costs, demand, and time management.
∎ Track, monitor, and communicate the deficiency and defects in overall process.
∎ Presenting progress reports and assist teams in integrating the feedback.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the Management.
