∎ Masters in Management/MBA from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and execute strategies for sales of chilled chicken in the market. Assist the organization in realizing the long run vision, mission, and overall objectives.
∎ Ensure accurate projection of product requirements for placing orders.
∎ Coordinate with the operations team in correct packaging of chilled chicken that conforms to company and industry safety and compliance standards.
∎ Maintain market intelligence through research of competitor activities. Identify the best price of chilled chicken, working alongside concerned accounts/finance team that realizes maximum profits.
∎ Make regular market visits and build long standing relations with hotel and restaurant chains, caterers, wholesellers, etc. for maximizing sale of chilled chicken. Ensure daily and planned supply to restaurants and other key outlets.
∎ Engage in brand and relationship building activities that makes the Kazi Farms chilled chicken the preferred choice of products for business consumers in the market.
∎ Monitor the logistics of the chilled chicken to ensure the finished product is stored at the right temperature and delivered to the market in standard condition that eliminates wastage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the poultry sector, having experience of the entire supply chain and directly handling sales operations of chilled and frozen poultry products
∎ The post holder will be expected to:
∎ Knowledge of the poultry industry supply chain
∎ Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
∎ Planning and Forecasting
∎ Customer Oriented
∎ Ability to manage stakeholders

∎ Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate
