Sales & Marketing

Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the sales target set by the management.
∎ Prepare the sales plan, formulate the sales strategy to meet the sales target. focusing on corporate business segments such as- industries, institutions, government organizations, contractors etc.
∎ Strengthen the market position & enhance the market share.
∎ To prepare the price offer/sales contract, production order, delivery schedule, prepare the bills and monitor the timely collection.
∎ Ensure to receive sales order and delivery products on time
∎ Visit existing & potential clients on a regular basis, find out customers' needs and take necessary action to fulfill those.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and try to keep them satisfied
∎ Identify and analyze the new business opportunities, threats and competitors to achieve sales target.
∎ Keep abreast of competitor activities with sales, collection, credit and new product entry and report to superior accordingly.
∎ To establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines.
∎ Retain the existing customer and enhance the new customer by following various marketing strategies.
∎ Perform any other work as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Those who do not have similar industry experience need not to apply.
∎ Should have good communication & negotiation skill
∎ Should know Microsoft Word & Excel.
