Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: google form, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily & weekly sales report.
∎ To entry & check monthly primary stock of Distributor in the software.
∎ To entry super depot invoice in the Sales Ten Days software.
∎ To prepare the primary report & forwarded to concern person.
∎ Assist Reporting Officer regarding Tour plan, Target demarcation of ASM, FO, DSM & Distributors and to prepare all memo & document related to field forces.
∎ To attain the phone call of newly applied/interested Field Officers to provide them information regarding company systems & procedure of employment as guided by management.
∎ To entry the monthly Distributor approved sales target in the software & if revised update the same accordingly.
∎ To Prepare & finalize the TA & DA of ASM after justifying the expense bill submitted by ASM and forwarded the same to concern authority for approval, monitoring and maintaining liaison till disburse.
∎ Routine checkup of the invoice of Super Dealer.
∎ To Assist reporting superior as & when required.
∎ Any other task assigned by the reporting superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
