∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Corporate Sales and Marketing, Group of Company and Multinational Company, multinational company, Sales Driven Multinational Companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Pharmaceuticals, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Context:
∎ The Incumbent has to handle MNC customers` portfolios.
∎ Must have experience in B2B (Business to Business) Sales.
∎ MNC / Pharmaceutical backgrounds will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and carry out the overall Sales and promotional activity of Packaging items.
∎ Responsible for sales target achievement of the sales team.
∎ Responsible for the reduction of the Credit limit.
∎ Ensure delivery on time in full.
∎ Ensure customer visits of the sales team to generate better sales orders.
∎ Maximize Utilization of Factory Machines.
∎ Yearly sales forecast and achievement plan.
∎ Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the reporting supervisor.
∎ Monitoring competitor's activity and report to supervisor.
∎ Train the sales team to keep them motivated.
∎ Another job as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 48 years
∎ Able to handle clients from MNC backgrounds.
∎ Strong e-mail communication
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing a good memory.
∎ Ability to manage and execute assignments with competing priorities.
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Pivot Table.
∎ Creative problem-solving skills.
∎ A team leader with a high level of dedication.
∎ Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure.
