Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Head Office (Tejgaon Industrial Area).
∎ Navana Engineering Limited (NEL) is one of the most advanced Plastics, uPVC Pipe & Fittings Manufacturing business in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to be Act as a department in-charge so that Works effectively across the organization to design and develop a Supply chain strategy for successful execution of supply chain support on many integrated efforts.
∎ Accountable for all kind of local and foreign supplier sourcing, goods procuring and inventory monitoring.
∎ Local & foreign both procurement planning, cost analyzing and budgeting.
∎ Source new potential and alternative supplier and source this suppliers whose price is most competitive, payments terms and quality all are acceptable according to our requirements.
∎ Import raw materials, spare parts and machinery items effectively and efficiently.
∎ Market analyzing, quotation evaluation and to ensure zero deviation in price negotiation.
∎ To handle port and customs operation effectively.
∎ LC management, to maintain liaison with CNF and others body's to clear the goods on time.
∎ Maintain right quantity of inventory which will lead to maximizing savings without hampering production schedules.
∎ Define Lead Time, EOQ and minimum stock levels and plan to purchase accordingly.
∎ To maintain good & trustworthy business relationship with local and foreign effective suppliers.
∎ Continuously evaluate performance of suppliers and maintain eligible list of reputed and capable suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent communication skill in both English & Bengal.
∎ Conversant with ERP/ Oracle EBS software (in relevant module).
∎ Reporting and Analytical Capabilities.
∎ Knowledge of MS office & Internet browsing.
∎ Must be a good strategic planner and implementer.
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
∎ Professional attitude towards job responsibility.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
