Job Context:
∎ Robintex Group, a premier manufacturer and exporter to work for some of the world reputed and quality sensitive apparel brands, has been operating its businesses in the export oriented composite knit textile and garments industry of Bangladesh since 1996.
∎ Job Location: Vulta, Rupgonj, Narayangonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall yarn store who will capable to handle yarn about 3500/4000 ton stock.
∎ Maintain inventory of store by using ERP Software.
∎ Lead and guide a yarn store.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure proper allocation and easy identification.
∎ Ensure goods inbound and outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Make sure inventory control, proper deliveries and implement BIN card.
∎ Make sure correspondent with CNF against yarn import through by commercial team.
∎ To collect order wise status from merchandiser& commercial and hand over to the related executive.
∎ To keep yarn as per buyer/style/PO wiset
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that yarn are stored correctly and safely and organize warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Issue the fabric goods to the subcontracted factory as per the requirements of the planning dept.
∎ Develop and maintain software based system for materials delivery to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedure according to the company policy.
∎ Monitor and maintain store ledger, fixed asset register as well as software.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO and smooth operation for yarn received from suppliers, delivery to knitting and returned products.
∎ Executing all the Day-to-Day yarn Store function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/vested task in best possible way.
∎ To ensure the goods of the different style as per order of the buyer.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report to the management.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Experience in Large Composite Knit Factory is mandatory
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
