Our extensive knowledge of IT Strategic Consulting, Service Design, Software Development, Outsourcing, and Managed IT Services enables us to oversee projects from inception to completion and beyond. ∎ XFL is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in the technology division:
∎ Job Description: We are a growing fintech company seeking a highly qualified Managing Director & CEO to lead and grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving the company`s growth and expansion, ensuring that we continue to deliver innovative and high-quality services that meet our customers` needs. As the MD & CEO, you will work closely with our board of directors to ensure the company`s overall success.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan, setting goals and objectives that drive the company's growth and expansion
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, investors, and other key players in the industry to create a strong network of contacts and partnerships
∎ Oversee the company's operations, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives
∎ Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and sustainability
∎ Ensure that the company is compliant with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the company is efficient and effective in its operations
∎ Work with the executive team to identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams
∎ Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the company, ensuring that we continue to offer cutting-edge solutions to our customers
∎ Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations
∎ Represent the company at public events, conferences, and other forums

Additional Requirements:
∎ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: At least 12 + years of experience in a senior management position in a technology-based or fintech-based company.
∎ Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and expansion
∎ Experience in managing budgets, finances, and operations
∎ Knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory requirements
∎ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
∎ Passion for innovation and technology
∎ Experience in the capital market and/or financial institutes will give advantages for the post.
∎ Strong understanding of financial technology and IT systems
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
