∎ XPERT FINTECH LTD (XFL) is a Bangladeshi software development and technology service provider that specializes in offering digital solutions in the financial sector, particularly in the capital market, money market, banking industry, non-banking financial sector, and insurance. Our extensive knowledge of IT Strategic Consulting, Service Design, Software Development, Outsourcing, and Managed IT Services enables us to oversee projects from inception to completion and beyond. ∎ XFL is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in the technology division:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead to implement OMS (Order Management System for Brokerage House/Capital Market) software in the cloud environment and ensure smooth operational support. Lead to prepare gap analysis document, UAT and implementation.
∎ Develop other relevant software (i. e. OMS, mobile apps, back office, ERP for Brokerage House/Capital Market) and deploy in the different brokerages.
∎ Set the technical direction of any project.
∎ Lead to gather SRS and coordinate with team members to develop software/applications accordingly.
∎ Understand the business requirements and goals of the product, and align them with the needs of the target market and customers.
∎ Take up technical responsibilities for the entire software project, including developing scalable and user-friendly products.
∎ Lead to designing, testing, and verification methods for product QA. Identify and develop Proof of Concepts needed to determine the feasibility.
∎ Identify and adhere to the framework of the standards and procedures in software development.
∎ Choosing adequate technology to help reach the business goals.
∎ Develop the software architecture based on the requirements of the client or the company and develop high-level product specifications by focusing on the feasibility and compatibility of the product.
∎ Understanding application deployment life-cycle.
∎ Facilitate communication among team members to understand interpersonal skills.
∎ Guide team to generate detailed documentation of the processes, including results of product tests, data, flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, code comments, etc. Most often performs developer testing and fixing bugs.
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Participate in code and design reviews.
∎ Improve the development performance of the software using monitoring metrics.
∎ Management of big teams and product cycles. Forecast the potential future needs of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Minimum 8 years' experience out of which 3+ years have to be in a team lead role or software architect role
∎ Skill in .Net, C++, Java, Python, Software Development, Software Engineering
∎ Software Project Management
∎ ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API.
∎ Hosting ASP.NET Core Web API and MVC application in IIS and Linux environment.
∎ Web Application page design with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery in ASP.NET
∎ UML: User Case, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram and Sequence Diagram.
∎ work experience in Microsoft .Net Technologies using C#, C++, ASP.NET, and MVC.
∎ MS SQL Server, RDBMS
∎ 1 -2 successful enterprise grade software development project delivery and deployment at his own lead
∎ Designing Reports in Crystal Report, Microsoft BI and so on.
∎ GitHub code repository.
∎ Strong understanding of data transfer protocols and standards, such as JSON, XML, and REST.
∎ Bootstrap 4/5 CSS Framework.
∎ Knowledge on ReactJS, Angular is a plus
∎ Experience in JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, Ajax is essential
∎ Knowledge about Website deployment with IIS, database backup-restore, SQL-Transactional replication etc.
∎ Experience with REST/ JSON/ SOAP APIs, and back-end server connectivity.
∎ Sound knowledge on Oracle, PostgreSQL database
∎ Capable of writing complex SQL queries, Stored procedures, and SQL functions.
