∎ XFL is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in the technology division:
∎ Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Fintech Company. The successful candidate will have a passion for developing high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality software solutions
∎ Coordinate with the team and work along with tech leads, product managers, engineering managers
∎ Understand the business requirements and goals of the product, and align them with the needs of the target market and customers.
∎ Take up technical responsibilities for the entire software project, including developing scalable and user-friendly products.
∎ In charge of the designing, testing, and verification methods for product QA.
∎ Identify and develop Proof of Concepts needed to determine the feasibility
∎ The need to generate detailed documentation of the processes, including results of product tests, data, flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, code comments, etc.
∎ Most often performs developer testing and fixing bugs
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
∎ Participate in code and design reviews
∎ Troubleshoot and debug software issues
∎ Ensure that software solutions are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
∎ Allows the team to conduct tests and integration tests for the entire system. It should be reliable, secure, and productive.
∎ Prepare and install solutions. They do this by designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: .Net, C++, Java, Project Management, Python, Software Development, Software Engineering
∎ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: At least 8-10 years of experience in software development
∎ Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
∎ Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle
∎ Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
∎ Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
∎ Experienced with data analysis and user research to inform product decisions.
∎ Experienced with product road mapping, backlog management, and release planning.
∎ Extensive experience in using system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks
