∎ মাতৃ স্বাস্থ্যসেবা প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানে অথবা ফার্মাসিউটিকেলস কোম্পানীতে মার্কেটিং ও সেলস এ ১ বছর কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ মাঠ পর্যায়ে মার্কেটিং এ কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীকে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে।
∎ প্রার্থীকে মাঠ পর্যায়ে সেবা বিপনণ কাজে সংস্থার লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনের জন্য ফার্মেসী/গ্রাম্য ডাক্তার/ডাক্তার ও উদ্দিষ্ট জনগোষ্ঠির সাথে সুসম্পর্ক তৈরীর মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ প্রার্থীকে স্মার্ট, উদ্যোমী ও কর্মঠ হতে হবে।
∎ বৈধ লাইসেন্সসহ মোটর সাইকেল চালনায় পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
