Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Mechanical maintenance and monitoring of machines on the factory floor. Maintain and improve all machinery for high-quality yarn production. Solve problems, optimize processes, and stay ahead of industry trends. He is also responsible for controlling budget and materials consumption against the master budget and maintaining the safety standard in executing areas. In addition, he needs to check & verify the department equipment, products, and materials against their approved specification.To minimize the idle time of machines by preventing breakdowns of machines. Plan for routine and preventive maintenance program. Cleaning and Lubrication of machines by following the standards procedure. Knowledge of different types of bearings, bushes, gears, and their applicability. Reduce the sound and vibration levels emitted from machines. Knowledge of installation of machines. Must utilize the mechanics to the fullest. Capable of handling the mechanics and maintaining the rules of the company.
