Medical Relations Officer (MRO)

Identify and develop relationships with relevant doctors, consultants, and healthcare professionals.

Regularly visit gynecologists, medicine specialists, endocrinologists, dermatologists, nutritionists, and other relevant medical professionals.

Introduce and professionally communicate the services, treatment facilities, and consultation opportunities of our three departments.

Identify potential patient referral opportunities for Aesthetic, Wellness, and Trichology services.

Build and maintain a professional network of doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.

Arrange doctor meetings, professional presentations, and networking activities.

Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong professional relationships.

Identify new referral opportunities and potential healthcare partnerships.

Maintain an updated database of doctors, visits, meetings, and referral activities.

Prepare daily and monthly field activity reports and referral performance reports.

Coordinate with internal medical and marketing teams to ensure proper patient handling and follow-up.

Primarily field-based job.

Regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.

Reporting to the Marketing Department.

3–4 years of experience in Medical Representation, Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Marketing, or Healthcare Business Development is preferred.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication and networking skills may also apply.

Experience working with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers will be an advantage.
