Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking an Interior Architect capable of leading and executing project sites independently. The candidate will take full responsibility for technical drawing, material listing, BOQ preparation, and end-to-end site supervision from concept through final completion.
Working Drawings: Prepare complete 2D working drawing packages (plans, RCP, elevations, sections, electrical/plumbing & joinery details).
3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D spatial models and visualizations for project presentations.
BOQ & Quantity Takeoff: Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material schedules/lists for all interior finishes and structural modifications.
Site Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to supervise work quality, ensure compliance with drawings, and resolve site challenges with contractors.
Requirements & Software:
Must-Have Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and some renderers
Strong background in interior architecture, material specification, and site execution.
