Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: P.T. Consumer Products Industries is seeking a skilled and technology-driven MIS & AI Automation Executive to manage MIS operations, develop business reports, and implement AI-powered automation solutions across the organization.
The selected candidate will work with the MIS team and lead automation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounts, Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain, and other departments to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, verify, analyze, and maintain sales, inventory, and operational data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and business performance analyses.
Develop and maintain automated dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks across departments.
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar tools.
Integrate AI solutions with ERP, SFA, HRM, CRM, databases, and other business applications.
Develop AI agents and intelligent solutions for reporting, data processing, communication, and workflow automation.
Automate business processes across Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts, Supply Chain, and other departments.
Develop automated reporting and notification systems using APIs, Python, VBA, Apps Script, or similar technologies.
Ensure data accuracy, security, system reliability, and effective operation of automated workflows.
Coordinate with departmental heads to identify automation requirements and implement practical solutions.
Perform other relevant responsibilities assigned by management.
