Additional Requirements:

• Strong expertise in laboratory testing and quality control.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) are mandatory.

Job Context: P.T. Consumer Products Industries is hiring an experienced Senior QC Chemist to lead quality control at its production facility in Laxmipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and laboratory testing, preferably in toiletries and detergent manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and approve raw materials, packaging materials and all company products to ensure they meet company quality standards.

• Conduct quality testing at every stage: pre-production, in-process and finished goods.

• Perform chemical and analytical tests in line with production and quality control procedures.

• Develop and test pre-production samples to ensure they meet quality benchmarks.

• Benchmark samples against competitor products to meet or exceed market expectations.

• Analyze product samples and identify opportunities to improve overall product quality.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.

• Prepare detailed reports on test results and findings.

• Review testing protocols and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance and storage of laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Oversee waste management processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

• Ensure compliance with company and government health and safety regulations.

• Propose and develop new products and formulations.

• Conduct on-demand field visits for market analysis and product development.

• Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
