Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the following departments: Logistics & Procurement, Floor Maintenance, Food & Beverage.
∎ Maintain and ensure the office environment is safe, healthy, hygienic, and as per the company's standards.
∎ Update & records all the office purchase, rent, and bills and submit periodically.
∎ Professionally purchase requisitions & orders.
∎ Maintain office inventory effectively and efficiently and keep up to date in real-time.
∎ Provide accurate information by answering questions and requests.
∎ Monitor & update maintenance log of office equipment and plan accordingly.
∎ Guide & train office assistants, divide responsibilities and ensure a balance of workload among them.
∎ Monitor and ensure clean & quality food preparation by the cook, monitor grocery expenses.
∎ Ensure sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
∎ Act as a liaison with all the department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor in any discipline.
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed in case of highly experienced/deserving candidate
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Administration, Effective communication skills, MS Office, Time Management
∎ Can work independently and with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information.

Salary: Negotiable
