Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure daily office opening and closing.
∎ Welcome visitors.
∎ Prepare tea and coffee for staff and visitors.
∎ Ensure that office spaces are clean and well-organized every day and when necessary.
∎ Ensure to clean furniture, equipment, toilets, and kitchen utensils every day and when necessary.
∎ Ensure that drinking water/tea/coffee/ is prepared and distributed among the staff and guests during training/meeting/workshop.
∎ Maintain stock of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and office cleaning materials.
∎ Make various photocopies and scan documents.
∎ Pay utility bills such as gas bill and electricity bill to respective bank for office and COP/DCOP’s residence.
∎ Ensure physical delivery of monthly VAT coupon report to customs office and USAID.
∎ Assist the Accountant during monthly closing by photocopying/scanning.
∎ Assist office staff during workshop preparations, duplicating materials, preparing folders for participants, etc.
∎ Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
∎ Prepare lunch for office staff.
∎ Close all room doors and floor entrances at the end of working hours and ensure all electronics equipment is turned off before closing the door.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management.
∎ EnCompass LLC is seeking Office Helpercandidates for the four-year USAID/Bangladesh Upoma activity. Upoma is a central Mission-wide platform that provides a range of analytical and advisory services in support of USAID’s design, performance monitoring, evaluation, and operational learning and adapting efforts. The activity plays a significant role in achieving the successful implementation of the Mission’s: CDCS 2020 - 2025, PMP, and the CLA agenda.
∎ Reporting to the Operations & Finance Director, the Office Helper will provide support to the Operations, Finance and Administrative team to help ensure the smooth function of the office.
∎ Position Duties and Responsibilities
