∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
∎ End user support (incidents and requirements),
∎ Experience in system design (not exclusive),
∎ Planning of evolutionary and corrective maintenance, measurement, and performance,
∎ Work under pressure fulfilling SLAs,
∎ Service attitude and customer orientation,
∎ Capacity for teamwork,
∎ Organization and prioritization of tasks,
∎ Ease to quickly incorporate and assimilate the organization's processes, Intellectual capacity and agility,
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Telephone service, via mail and ticket system for internal problems related to the Certification business system,
∎ Have knowledge of Peterson Control Union's global processes and policies in order to assist users in complying with them,
∎ Resolve in a timely manner the different functional and technical support requirements,
∎ Escalate to your supervisor in a timely manner the different problems that are beyond your responsibility,
∎ Collaborate and maintain documentation on user manuals and functional changes.
∎ Detail the incidents and functional improvements so that the systems technical team can carry them out.
∎ Prioritize and follow up on the requirements that the development team is developing.
∎ Work with the Data Analytics team in the development of dashboards for internal and external clients.
∎ Participate in Daily Meeting.

∎ Age at least 27 years
