∎ HSC, Diploma (Vocational), Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Procurement, Product sourcing, Raw Materials Sourcing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Local Procurement, Purchase/ Procurement, Raw Materials Sourcing, Sourcing Knowledge
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design, Design/Printing/Publishing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source potential suppliers on a regular basis, evaluating suppliers.
∎ Build and maintain good relationships with clients, as well as the entire team to understand needs and objectives.
∎ Preparing different types of purchase reports when required.
∎ Selecting suppliers through price comparison, cost analysis & negotiation.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
∎ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Should be responsible to purchase the goods at a competitive price after verifying the local.
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential supplies.
∎ Responsible to ensure timely delivery of the goods to the factory and follow up with the store of all units for timely receiving of the goods.
∎ Monitoring all purchasing activities and stock of goods through proper paperwork and following the company policy.
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges
∎ Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills
∎ Able to work independently and within a team
∎ Good Command in MS Office
∎ Good Communication Skill

Salary: Negotiable
