∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Employee Engagements, Employee Orientation, General HR, Recruitment & Selection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in recruitment process.
∎ Selecting suitable candidate from application/CV for job.
∎ Assist to ensure proper orientation and post orientation of employee.
∎ Assist to ensure employee engagement.
∎ Assist to conduct different Survey's.
∎ Assist in performance appraisal of employees.
∎ Maintain and update records and files of the Company.
∎ Monitor & Check the daily attendance, leave, movement of the employees as per instruction.
∎ Assist to ensure Working Environment as per Company Culture and set rules.
∎ Any other task assigned by reporting officer/Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skill in English
