Core Technical Competencies

• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive web design. Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js.

• Backend: Practical knowledge of Python (Django/Wagtail CMS). Familiarity with PHP/Laravel or Node.js is a plus.

• Containers & Linux Server Management: Working experience with DigitalOcean, Linux (Ubuntu), Docker / Docker Compose, SSH, Nginx, SSL, and DNS management.

• Database Administration: Proficiency in PostgreSQL or MySQL management, queries, and backup/restore workflows.

• Version Control: Active experience using Git (GitHub / GitLab) for code deployment and collaboration.

• Website Security: Understanding of website security best practices, access control, vulnerability patching, and backup management.

• Graphic Design: Intermediate skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for creating digital banners and social posts.

• Digital Media & SEO: Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite, alongside basic knowledge of SEO, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

Website Maintenance & Development

• Maintain, update, and optimize corporate website applications (Frontend: Next.js/React; Backend: Python/Wagtail/Django).

• Implement functional improvements, fix technical bugs, and handle regular frontend/backend updates.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and optimal website load speeds.

• Manage codebases and version control using Git and repository management tools (GitHub/GitLab).

Cloud Hosting & Linux Server Administration

• Administer and monitor production environments hosted on DigitalOcean (Ubuntu Linux).

• Manage containerized services using Docker & Docker Compose.

• Perform server maintenance, manage SSL certificates (Let’s Encrypt), configure DNS records, and maintain web servers (Nginx).

• Conduct regular database backups (PostgreSQL/MySQL), monitor server health, and implement emergency disaster recovery procedures.

• Ensure server-level security hardening, user permission management (SSH keys), and firewall configurations.

CMS & Content Management

• Manage corporate web content using CMS admin dashboards (Wagtail/Django).

• Upload and publish new projects, press releases, company news, and media assets in a timely manner.

• Ensure data integrity, conduct routine system health checks, and optimize database storage.

Graphic Design & Corporate Branding

• Design professional marketing and corporate collateral, including website banners, flyers, announcements, and digital media assets.

• Utilize design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator while maintaining corporate brand guidelines.

Social Media & Digital Operations

• Manage corporate social media channels (LinkedIn Company Page, Facebook Page, Meta Business Suite).

• Plan, schedule, and publish regular corporate updates, achievements, and industry news.

• Track engagement metrics, audit SEO performance, and monitor traffic analytics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
