Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up with the regular activities with dept. heads/ functional heads time to time as per the management guideline.
∎ Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
∎ Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards
∎ Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
∎ Provide Cross Functional Management Data & Track record
∎ Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
∎ Delivering reports to department heads, management teams to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization
∎ Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner
∎ Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
∎ Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
∎ Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery
∎ Collaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals
∎ Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ With minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Large Composite Knit Factory.
∎ Good time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
∎ Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
∎ Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions
∎ Proactive research skills used in seeking out opportunities to advance and improve the organization
∎ Strong project management skills
∎ Collaboration and teamwork skills
∎ Leadership skills, like motivation, goal-setting and monitoring progress
∎ Comfortable in a high-pressure environment
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
∎ Computer literacy - MS Office, Emailing.
