Excellent venipuncture and blood collection skills from neonatal kids.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work carefully under pressure.

Knowledge of infection control and laboratory safety procedures.

Compassionate and professional attitude toward patients.

Collect blood and other specimens from patients safely and professionally.

Properly label, handle, store, and transport collected specimens.

Follow standard procedures for venipuncture and specimen collection.

Maintain proper infection prevention and safety protocols.

Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation.

Communicate politely with patients and provide appropriate guidance before and after sample collection.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the phlebotomy area and equipment.

Perform other laboratory-related duties as assigned.
