Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To locate & asses requirement of materials against production order.
∎ To allocate work on appropriate machine for efficient production.
∎ Fulfill the daily production target and ensure the quality of work.
∎ To be responsible for overall production input and output followed by reporting to the management on time.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when assigned to him by the superior authority.
∎ To assist the factory manager in planning and organizing production schedules.
∎ Direct and coordinate cutting, polishing and other finishing operations in accordance to the planned production schedule
∎ Ensure final product in adherence to customer requirements and specifications
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to increase productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Operation, Production planning, Production Process, Production/ Operation Management
∎ Good aptitude with skills to educate and manage operators doing multiple operations
∎ Excellent communication skills with fair command over English language
∎ Knowledge of Internet & E-mail and other MS office programs.
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, hard working, sincere & ready to work under stress
