Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Forcasting, printing and packaging
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
printing and packaging, Production, Supervision
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives, Plan, Monitor and Supervise Production of Printing & Packaging.
∎ To organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
∎ To check production output according to SOP.
∎ To submit reports on performance, progress and coordinate with manufacturing forecast.
∎ To maintain and ensure compliance to packaging schedule and assign specific tasks to all employees and monitor all packing equipment and supplies.
∎ To implements cost-saving strategies and techniques with minimize procedures.
∎ To monitor and recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency of packaging department .
∎ To develop and maintain professional relationships with all external vendors and contractors and improve efficiency process through incorporation of new technology.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Candidates having Offset printing & packaging experience will get preference.
∎ Practical work experience on Cost reduction training, 5S, Lean Six Sigma Training.
∎ Ability to track expenses and compile budget reports.
∎ Proven experience in the engineering field.
∎ Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
∎ Ability to make decisions under pressure.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
