Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting classes, preparing lessons plan, lecture materials etc.;
∎ Counseling and supervising students;
∎ Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic supports;
∎ Attending faculty and departmental meetings and voicing concerns or providing suggestions for its improvement;
∎ Training, and mentoring junior faculties;
∎ May have to perform additional responsibilities assigned by the authority;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in the relevant field with at least three first classes/divisions or minimum CGPA 3.00 throughout the academic career with 20 (twenty) years of active teaching experience of which 7 years as an Associate Professor at the university level, 15 publications where 8 as an Associate Professor in which 4 as the first author.
∎ M Phil /Foreign Master's degree in the relevant field with 18 (eighteen) years of active teaching experience of which 6 years as an Associate Professor at the university level, 15 publications where 7 as an Associate Professor in which 4 as the first author. Or,
∎ PhD in the relevant field with 14 (Fourteen) years of teaching experience at the university level, 15 publications where 7 as an Associate Professor in which 4 as the first author. Or,
∎ For all the cases, there should be no third class/division throughout the academic career of the candidate.
Salary:
∎ As per FU pay Scale.
