Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ 1. Minimum Education Qualification required:
∎ (a) Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
∎ 2. Optional requirement or added advantage:
∎ Candidate with MBA or equivalent would be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Reporting to Project Director on the progress of projects(s).
∎ 2. Manage project stakeholders which consist of but not limited to owner project team at HQ, Dhaka office and site office, Owner’s Engineer, EPC contractor(s), Bangladesh Power Development Board, Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Limited, Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company, PetroBangla and its subsidiaries, government authorities, project lenders and other third parties on the development and execution of projects(s).
∎ 3. Manage the project execution to complete within the schedule and budget and meeting project pro forma and comply with project documents.
∎ 4. Manage the planning, review and execution of project design, procurement, construction, quality control/assurance, safety, commissioning, start-up, grid code tests, performance tests, handing over and warranty period.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in thermal (including CCGT) power plant with the combination of experience working in O&M, project development right-through commercial operation as project owner/developer and asset and/or O&M manager of large scale power plant.
∎ Work experiences required:
∎ (a) Experienced in various development and O&M of thermal various power plants.
∎ (b) Well versed with ISRS9, ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001
∎ Skills and Behaviour Traits
∎ 1. Hands-on with strong analytical skills
∎ 2. Excellent leadership and team work to lead group of project team.
∎ 3. Possess self-initiative, good interpersonal and communications sk
Salary:
∎ Tk. 250000 - 300000 (Monthly)
