Job Responsibilities:
∎ # Compensation, Benefits and Budgeting:
∎ Oversee the organization's payroll system, compensation, and benefits programs.
∎ Prepare, analyse, and present the annual Human Resources/Manpower Budget.
∎ Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
∎ Conduct compensation gap analyses to support management decision-making.
∎ Participate in regular local market surveys on compensation, benefits, and other employment-related issues, analysing market competitiveness to identify gaps or areas requiring immediate attention.
∎ Perform in-depth compensation data analysis and reporting.
∎ Ensure that compensation practices comply with current legislation and company policies.
∎ Handle periodic audits, both internal and external, focusing primarily on compensation and benefits.
∎ # General HR Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development of policies and procedures to support the HR function, ensuring all staff are aware of HR policies and procedures in place.
∎ Support in talent acquisition and management, fostering a positive work environment and implementing effective onboarding programs.
∎ Utilize HR analytics and metrics to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for administrative services.
∎ Manage the work permit process for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with local immigration laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain personnel records and associated human resource information systems (HRIS).
∎ Provide additional services as necessary to support the operation of the business as directed by Management.
