∎ Preferred Professional Certification: SHE Professional Certification

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Roles and Responsibilities
∎ 1. Lead the Department for Safety, Health & Environment as well as Security matters
∎ 2. Responsible for developing and implementing Project Site Organizational Safety, Health and Environmental standards, policies and procedures; including during the transition from the construction phase to operational phase
∎ 3. Ensures that all Project Site activities are executed in compliance with Edra’s SHEQ policies and procedures as well as external SHE regulations
∎ 4. Continually maintain high level of SHE awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the Project Site organization by coordinating SHE training programs for Project Site personnel
∎ 5. Responsible for project SHE reporting inclusive of Head Quarter, Local Authority, Auditor, etc.
∎ 6. Secretary of Project Site Safety Committee
∎ 7. Member of other various Committees set up under Project Site, which includes but not limited to, Risk Management Unit (RMU), etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ (a) Minimum 10 years working experience in Safety Health & Environment (SHE) industry, with at least 5 years in management roles
∎ (b) Minimum 7 years working experience in power, oil and gas or similar industry
∎ 1. Hands-on with strong analytical skills
∎ 2. Knowledge in planning & organizing skills
∎ 3. Excellent interpersonal relationship building and supervisory skills
∎ 4. Outstanding coaching skills in developing SHE awareness

Salary:
∎ Tk. 200000 - 250000 (Monthly)
