∎ "Samprity Disability Rehabilitation and Inclusion (SDRI)" is a transformative project initiated by the Samprity Aid Foundation with the primary goal of providing comprehensive rehabilitation for individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to empower and integrate people with disabilities into mainstream society through targeted interventions in physiotherapy and special education.
∎ Through expert physiotherapy sessions, we aim to enhance the physical well-being and functional abilities of individuals facing mobility challenges. Our dedicated team of professionals works towards restoring independence and improving the overall quality of life for those with disabilities.

∎ Job Location: Baniarchar, Muksudpur Upazila, Gopalgonj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Administrative Support:
∎ Assist in administrative tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings for the project team.
∎ Maintain organized filing systems for project documents and ensure easy retrieval.
∎ 2.Office Premises Maintenance:
∎ Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including common areas and workspaces.
∎ Coordinate with cleaning staff or services to maintain a hygienic and comfortable work environment.
∎ 3.Logistical Support:
∎ Coordinate logistics for project-related events, workshops, and meetings, including room setup, equipment preparation, and catering arrangements.
∎ Assist in the coordination of travel arrangements for project staff and participants.
∎ 4.Patient Movement Support:
∎ Provide assistance in the movement and transportation of patients with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
∎ Collaborate with the healthcare and rehabilitation team to facilitate smooth transitions for patients within the project premises.
∎ 5.Supplies and Inventory Management:
∎ Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring that essential items are always available.
∎ Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and resources, and communicate needs to relevant personnel.
∎ 6.Communication Assistance:
∎ Facilitate communication within the project team, ensuring that messages and information are relayed in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Assist in managing phone calls, emails, and other communication channels as needed.
∎ 7.Record Keeping:
∎ Support in maintaining accurate records related to administrative activities, such as attendance records, equipment maintenance logs, and other relevant documentation.
∎ 8.Visitor Reception:
∎ Greet and assist visitors to the project premises in a friendly and professional manner.
∎ Provide necessary information and guidance to visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
∎ 9.Health and Safety Compliance:
∎ Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring that the project premises meet regulatory standards.
∎ Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues promptly to the relevant authorities.
∎ 10.Team Collaboration:
∎ oCollaborate with other project support staff, as well as members of the rehabilitation and education teams, to ensure seamless project operations.
∎ Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.
∎ 11.Flexibility and Adaptability:
∎ Be flexible and adaptable to handle various tasks and responsibilities as required by the evolving needs of the project.
∎ oRespond efficiently to urgent or unexpected demands within the project setting.
∎ The Project Support Staff plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of the project by providing crucial administrative and logistical support. Their contributions contribute to the smooth operation of the project, allowing other team members to focus on their core responsibilities.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
