Excellent communication skill, Leadership, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Cellular Phone Operator, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee market research and formulate acquisition strategy for specific geographic regions.
∎ Become a mentor to the team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help them achieve their goals
∎ Conduct interviews and hire team members.
∎ Develop and implement training programs that teach acquisition agents how to get customers, negotiate real estate deals, and properly fill out paperwork.
∎ Source and negotiate property acquisitions.
∎ Visit different govt, autonomous, corporate and business organizations for developing business and creating new customers.
∎ Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
∎ Collect information of competition activities, ensure presence in social network, do promotional activities and gather all kinds of market information.
∎ Manage, coach and lead a team
∎ Increase market share and Drive net revenue
∎ Maintain sales costs within the Budget given by the management team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have at least 5 years of work experience in the real estate industry with a preference for candidates with real estate acquisitions experience and/or real estate broker experience • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to source acquisition • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail with an ability to thrive in a high performance culture • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a team- oriented mindset are key components of this position • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point.
Salary:

∎ Fixed Salary + Commission
