Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skill.
3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, client relationship management, or a similar role.
Experience in advertising, media, digital marketing, or outdoor advertising will be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client acquisition, networking, and relationship management abilities.
Good knowledge of sales processes, market research, and customer management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of either working independently or in a team also have a mindset of delivering work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
Identify potential clients and business prospects through market research.
Source prospective clients through internet searches, social media, and other relevant channels.
Create, update, and maintain the client database and track prospects throughout the sales process.
Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
Promote the company`s digital outdoor advertising solutions, including large-format LED screens and digital billboards.
Schedule client appointments and sales visits to explore business opportunities.
Conduct regular client visits, attend meetings, and prepare visit reports and meeting minutes.
Maintain continuous communication with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare bills, collect the necessary supporting documents, and submit invoices on time.
Monitor outstanding client bills and follow up on payments.
Maintain client work orders, billing records, and related databases.
Prepare daily sales activity reports and update management on progress.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company`s business growth.
Ensure service excellence and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing with sales planning and other departmental activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
