Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in making air ticket reservations using GDS.
∎ Must be an expert in using Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre.
∎ Must have expert knowledge of domestic/ international, online, and group booking of ticket.
∎ Must have fast and efficient communication skills with Clients and about their queries.
∎ Must be able to make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
∎ Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
∎ Maintaining proper official records.
∎ Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
∎ Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
∎ Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services.
∎ Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
∎ Respond to customer queries quickly for Fare search, Fare quote, Booking, Issuing, Re-issue, Cancellation, Void, Refunds, and EMD.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, accounts and others accordingly.
∎ Must follow the Airlines terms and conditions and ADM policies.
∎ Customer-service experience.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Those who have experience in related areas will get the advantage.
